William Bougaire, Director of Volunteer Cooperation Programme at Oxfam-Quebec. William holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Relations, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a specialisation in Political Science from the Universite de Moncton. With many years of experience in project/programme management and communications in the field of international development, he worked for several years in Africa for IOM (UN migration) and notably for the British Red Cross. He managed and accompanied over sixty volunteers on their international aid missions, and coordinated expertise groups at national and international levels.
