Priscilla Gan joined NCSS in 2017 as Director of Relations and Engagement, Community Chest and President’s Challenge after having spent 17 years in the banking industry. Priscilla moved on within NCSS to head the Volunteer Resource Optimisation team to build the capabilities and enhance the capacity of SSAs on volunteer management in 2020. Prior to joining NCSS, Priscilla was Director of the North Asia market in Citibank. In 2016, she concurrently helmed the role of CitiClub (Citi’s Sports & Recreation Club) President overseeing employee engagement and CSR-related activities for close to 10,000 Citi employees. Priscilla also served as Chairperson for Silent Heroes Committee by Civilians Association of Singapore in FY20, to uncover more ordinary people doing extraordinary acts.
