Kah Kuang is the first Executive Director of Youth Corps Singapore, National Youth Council, which was started in 2014 to empower and support youths to serve the community.  Over the last 9 years, Youth Corps has grown from 90 volunteers participating in a single programme to a membership base of more than 30,000 youth volunteers serving in a myriad of programmes. 

Kah Kuang believes that it is a blessing to serve and all of us can contribute towards building a more caring and cohesive society.  He has enjoyed working with youths and is inspired by their passion to serve.
