Karen Pavon joined Cuso International’s team in 2014 and is currently the country representative in Honduras. She holds a master’s degree in project management and business administration. Karen is a professional with over 20 years of experience in management and implementation of development programmes and projects financed by international agencies and executed by state institutions in the private sector. She has participated in and led processes to build public policies and has occupied senior management positions, such as Director of the National Office for People with Disabilities in Honduras, as well as Director of International Cooperation for the Ministry of Economic Development. She has been part of the Foundation for Investment and Development of Exports (FIDE)’s team, and is an active researcher on the subject of migration.
