As the Director of Volunteer Cooperation for World University Service of Canada, Erin held leadership positions for over 20 years including VSO and Cuso International. Starting out as a volunteer in Kenya with Crossroads International, Erin went on to get my MSc. in Development Studies from the London School of Economics. Her contribution to volunteering ranges from development program design and management, focusing on youth and women’s economic empowerment. She is currently serving on the Forum Board of Directors and chair Forum’s Diversity and Inclusion Community of Practice.
