Dr. Mohamed Maliki Mohamed Rapiee, also known as Dr. Maliki, serves as the Director at the International Youth Center (IYC), a non-profit foundation under the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Malaysia, with a primary focus on youth development and international engagement.

Prior to joining IYC, he held the position of President of the Malaysian Youth Council, where he led the national youth organization.

Dr. Maliki is a graduate of Universiti Sains Malaysia, starting with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and later pursuing his Master’s and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in the field of Guidance and Counseling Education from the same university. He previously worked as an Administrative Officer at USM and currently serves as the President of the USM Alumni Association.
